　We, U, are a non-profit corporation. A non-profit corporation is a company whose articles of incorporation clearly state that it does not pay dividends or redistribute profits to shareholders. We chose this model because we believe it is a powerful and flexible organization that can achieve our vision while maintaining the public interest.
